Never Ending Allergies

I feel like these allergies are never going to go away. Sadly, part of my problem is that I really DON’T like to take medication, ESPECIALLY pills. Partially because I physically can’t swallow a pill. I literally have to drop the pill down my throat. It is horrible.
Does anyone have any natural remedies for this? I don’t want to take anything for it if I can get away with doing something natural. I would definitely appreciate any input you have that would help me in my quest to not put unnecessary chemicals into my body.
Good luck with your allergies this allergy season if you have any. If you have none, you are very very lucky.

About music12301

I am an avid reader and writer. I love to blog about just about anything in the world that I think of. My blogs can be completely random or well thought out and planned, but never the less, they are all my own. I also love to sing and act and music is a big part of my life. I played the flute for 6 years and I also played the piccolo when it was needed in band. I recently began learning how to play the oboe and I love it. I plan to go to college for music and theater.

Try using seawater nasal spray – you can find it at Walmart or any pharmacy. It doesn’t have to be a brand name, no name works just as well. This was recommended to me by an ear, nose & throat specialist.
