Lately I feel like I’m definitely not sleeping enough. I try and go to sleep earky enough so that I’m nit tired but then I get mysef thinking about everything I can possibly think about and I can’t fall asleep.
Oddly enough, and I have no idea why this is happening, I seem to wake up at 3:11 every morning. This has been going on for a few days now and I don’t know what could possibly be the reason.
Does anyone have any sleep tips? I know it doesn’t help I’ve been getting home at 9 and still needing to do my homework.
